Wisconsin State Representative Tom Tiffany has accused Vice President Kamala Harris of misleading the public regarding President Joe Biden's cognitive abilities. In a post on October 18, Tiffany said that Harris "lied" about Biden's condition and questioned her reliability.

"Kamala Harris LIED to you about Joe Biden's cognitive decline," said Rep. Tom Tiffany (R-Wi). "How can anyone trust her?"

According to Fox News, House Republicans are inquiring whether Harris noticed any signs of cognitive decline in President Biden before his performance in a recent debate, which has sparked public concern. Some GOP lawmakers have criticized Harris more intensely, referencing reports from private meetings and questioning if she observed Biden's behavior during the debate, described as having a hoarse, meandering tone and apparent confusion.

Fox News also reported Tiffany saying, "I mean, she's the vice president. She was there the whole time when most of the world knew that he was not up to doing the job."

On July 16, President Joe Biden concluded his re-election campaign, ending his extensive political career and introducing uncertainty into the presidential race months before Election Day. Amid concerns about his age and electoral prospects against Donald Trump, Biden endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic nominee, according to NBC News.

Tiffany represents Wisconsin's 7th Congressional District and was elected in May 2020 during a special election. He grew up on a dairy farm near Elmwood, Wisconsin, and holds a degree in agricultural economics from the University of Wisconsin River Falls. Before joining Congress, Tiffany served in the Wisconsin State Assembly and Senate for the 12th District. His legislative focus included tax reduction, job creation, and Second Amendment rights. He was part of the Joint Finance Committee and chaired the Senate Committee on Sporting Heritage, Mining, and Forestry.
