Wisconsin State Representative Tom Tiffany has expressed concern over the activities of a gang allegedly involved in a recent criminal case in Wisconsin. He said that the same gang, implicated in the arrest of a member for "sexually assaulting a Wisconsin mom," is now operating across 16 states. Tiffany criticized what he perceives as the Left's "unwillingness" to address this issue, calling it "shameful." His remarks were made in a post on X dated November 26.

"The same gang whose member was arrested for sexually assaulting a Wisconsin mom a few months ago is now operating in 16 states," said Tiffany. "The Left's unwillingness to do anything about this is shameful. Jan 20th cannot come soon enough."

According to Fox News, Alejandro Jose Coronel Zarate, identified as a member of Venezuela's Tren de Aragua gang, was arrested in a small Wisconsin community. He faces charges including sexual assault, battery, strangulation, suffocation, false imprisonment, child abuse, and disorderly conduct in Crawford County Court. Prior to this incident, Zarate had been arrested and released earlier this year in Minneapolis.

The New York Post reported that the Tren de Aragua gang has expanded its operations to at least 16 U.S. states. This expansion affects areas that house nearly half of the nation's population. A Homeland Security memo indicates that the gang has increased its presence in states such as Washington D.C., Virginia, Montana, Wyoming, California, Florida, and New York. The gang is associated with various criminal activities and is noted for escalating violent behavior and organized crime operations.

Tiffany represents Wisconsin's 7th Congressional District and was elected during a special election in May 2020. Raised on a dairy farm near Elmwood, Wisconsin, he holds a degree in agricultural economics from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. Before his tenure in Congress, Tiffany served in both the Wisconsin State Assembly and State Senate with a focus on tax reduction, job creation, and protection of 2nd Amendment rights.
