On December 10, 2024, Rep. Tiffany addressed former House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff in a tweet: "In case Adam Schiff needs a reminder, Democrats used the DOJ to target Donald Trump, Catholics, and parents at school board meetings."
Following this, on December 11, 2024, he criticized President Biden's parole program with another tweet: "Hopefully, the voodoo priest and gang leader aren't in the queue for Biden's insane and illegal CHNV parole program."
Later that day, Rep. Tiffany expressed his support for Kash Patel regarding FBI accountability: "The American people want accountability. Kash Patel will bring that to the FBI and expose the Deep State."
