Rep. Tom Tiffany, a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Wisconsin, used his social media platform in September 2025 to address issues ranging from foreign ownership of American farmland to recent congressional votes and ongoing budget negotiations.

On September 19, 2025, Tiffany drew a distinction between China and Taiwan’s agricultural relationships with the United States, writing: "Communist China buys American farms, which I’m fighting to ban. Democratic Taiwan buys American farm products. They are not the same."

Later that day, he criticized members of his state's Democratic delegation for their stance on a legislative resolution: "Wisconsin Democrats did not support the resolution. Gwen Moore voted no, and Mark Pocan refused to take a stand and voted present. Shameful." This comment was posted on September 19.

On September 22, Tiffany commented on recent federal budget proceedings in Congress: "The House passed a bipartisan bill to keep the government open. But Senate Democrats are threatening a shutdown because they want to give 'free' healthcare to illegal aliens. They are jeopardizing benefits for seniors and veterans all to make you pay for illegal aliens."

Tom Tiffany has maintained electoral support in his district over several cycles. In 2024, he defeated Kyle Kilbourn with 63.6% of the vote; in 2022, he won against Richard Ausman with 61.8%; and in 2020, he prevailed over Tricia Zunker with 60.7%. These results reflect consistent backing from his constituents across multiple elections.
