Mayor Katie Rosenberg has proclaimed November 4, 2021 as Diwali in the City of Wausau and asks all residents to recognize the religious and historical significance of this Festival of Lights and Diwali's message of tolerance, compassion, and the victory of good over evil, which resonates with the American Spirit.
