University of Wisconsin Steven's Point issued the following announcement on Dec. 23
The UW-Stevens Point women's basketball games at the Wartburg Tournament scheduled for Dec. 29 and 30 have been canceled. The games have been canceled due to COVID-19 issues within the Pointers program.
UWSP is scheduled to return to play on Jan. 5 at 7:00 p.m. with a home game against UW-River Falls. The Pointers are 7-4 with wins in two of the last three games.
