Representative Tom Tiffany, a member of the U.S. Congress from Wisconsin's 7th district, voiced his opinions on several issues through a series of tweets. Tiffany has been serving in Congress since 2020, succeeding former member Sean Duffy. He has a background in the Wisconsin State Assembly and Senate, and he resides in Minocqua.

On May 1, Tiffany questioned the actions of Governor Tony Evers and certain Democrat judges, accusing them of "protecting illegal aliens and blocking deportations?" He suggested these measures were politically motivated, alleging they were intended to retain what he called "imported voters" for future elections.

Later that day, Tiffany criticized the Inflation Reduction Act, describing it as a financial burden on American taxpayers. He claimed that the Act would consume almost $1 trillion over ten years and called for its repeal by Congress, referring to it as "Biden's green scam."

On May 2, Tiffany expressed concerns over Governor Evers' directives to state employees regarding immigration enforcement. He argued that these instructions "could put them at odds with federal immigration law," urging the governor to withdraw the directive that he claims could lead to conflicts with ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement).
