City Of Stevens Point issued the following announcement on July 15.
The Riverfront Arts Center (RAC) is seeking submissions for their next exhibit titled, “Metamorphosis.” Entries should focus on the theme of transformation. Artists are encouraged, but not required, to use repurposed materials.
The RAC welcomes 2-D and 3-D works, including but not limited to paintings, drawings, photography, fiber, sculpture, pottery, collage, glasswork, metalwork, and stonework.
When selecting or creating submissions, please consider visitors are of all ages. All entries will be curated by an advisory committee for consideration into the exhibit. Inappropriate subject matter or failure to follow the exhibitor requirements will disqualify your work.
Artists must be 18 or older and may submit up to two pieces for consideration. There is a $5 (non-refundable) submission fee for each entry. Exhibit requirements and submission forms are available at the RAC, or below.
“Metamorphosis” submissions are due in-person on Tuesday, September 7 between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please contact the RAC with any questions. The exhibit runs September 17 to October 17.
