City of Stevens Point issued the following announcement on Sept. 23.
The City is again offering free on-site flu vaccinations for all employees & spouses of employees who are covered under the City-sponsored health plan (high deductible health plan - HDHP). A walk-in Flu Shot Clinic is NOT available this year.
Schedule
October 6, 2021 3:00 p.m. in the City Hall Conference Room
October 11, 2021 7:00 a.m. at the Streets Department
October 13, 2021 7:00 a.m. at Fire Department Station 1
October 19, 2021 7:30 a.m. at the Water Department
These dates are tentative, based upon vaccine availability. In the event of a change, City Departments will be notified.
Please plan to attend the clinic that will best fit your work schedule.
The questionnaire/consent form must be completed prior to being vaccinated.
Employees should bring along their completed consent form to the on-site location.
Employees are reminded to wear masks and practice social distancing when arriving for their flu vaccination.
