City Of Stevens Point issued the following announcement on Oct. 15
The 2022 Schedule of Health Insurance Benefits is a simplified list provided as a convenience but is not all-inclusive. The 2022 Summary of Benefits & Coverage shows, in greater detail, how you & your plan share the cost for covered health care services.
Separate documents are provided for four different groups of people;
- Employees under the City's High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)
- Transit Union Employees
- Option 2 Retirees
- Option 3 Retirees
Current year (2021) Schedules and Summaries of Benefits and Coverage, Deductible Illustrations, Preventative Medication Lists, and other resources are also available on our City Employees Health Insurance / Benefits web page.
