City Of Stevens Point issued the following announcement on Oct. 28
The winning photo, titled “For Your Freedom and Ours,” was taken at the Cultural Commons area in Pfiffner Park by local resident Kathleen Celer. Kathleen won herself a City logo sweatshirt and bragging rights for the next year.
Carrie Freeberg, Deputy Comptroller-Treasurer, stated there were 23 photos submitted to this third annual contest. “It was a tough pick because all the photos were great,” Freeberg said.
