Athens Area Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.
Trinity Lutheran Church Lenten Dinners
When: 4:30-6:30pm every Wednesday during Lent
Cost: Free will donations accepted to help cover the cost of the meal and also to raise funds for the 2022 National Youth Gathering in Houston, Texas
Meals also include Salad, Beverage and Dessert.
Menu:
March 2: Chili and Cheesy Broccoli Soup (with grilled cheese)
March 9 Chicken Dumpling, Chicken Noodle and Chicken Pot Pie Soup (with grilled cheese)
March 16: Pasta Night (Pizza Casserole, Spaghetti and Chicken Alfredo)
March 23: Cheesy Potato, Chili and Taco Soup (with grilled cheese)
March 30: Baked Potato Bar and Taco Bar
April 6 : Chicken Dumpling and Beef Soup (with grilled cheese)
