Of the 5,286 people living in Rothschild in 2020, 50.9 percent (2,691) were women and 49.1 percent (2,595) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central Wisconsin News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 87. In the 65 and over age range, there were 522 females and 279 males.
