Of the 2,671 people living in Lake Wazeecha in 2020, 50.2 percent (1,342) were women and 49.8 percent (1,329) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central Wisconsin News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 148. In the 65 and over age range, there were 331 females and 296 males.
