City Of Marshfield issued the following announcement on June 1.
On Thursday, April 18, 2022 Earth Inc., began work on the reconstruction of East 17th Street from Maple Avenue to Peach Avenue. This work will convert a ditched street to a curb and gutter section including the installation of sidewalks. This project will take the majority of the summer to complete.
As a reminder to those whom are using the Fairgrounds this summer please utilize the 14th Street entrance for this construction season. No detour will be posted for this closure. Motorists are encouraged to use caution through construction zones and please be aware of changing road conditions and reduced vehicle speeds.
