City Of Marshfield issued the following announcement on June 21.
Beginning on Monday, June 27, 2022 the City of Marshfield's Public Works Street Division will be replacing the sanitary sewer mainline at the intersection of S. Lincoln Avenue and Arlington Street. During this time, the intersection will be completely closed to to replace the sewer line going east on Arlington.
The detour for this closure for traffic traveling south on Lincoln Avenue will be 8th Street to Adams Avenue and traffic traveling north on Lincoln Avenue will be 11th Street to Adams Avenue (please see the map). Once all underground work is completed, the concrete will be poured in this intersection.
Please allow approximately 2 weeks for this project to be completed weather dependent. Normal work hours will be 6:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday.
