On February 1, 2025, he commented on an incident involving an illegal immigrant arrested in Wisconsin for causing a fatal accident while driving under the influence. Tiffany highlighted that the individual's employer was aware of his illegal status and called for accountability: "An illegal alien who was deported in 2019 was arrested in Wisconsin for killing 1 person..."
