Rep. Tom Tiffany, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Wisconsin’s 7th district, has shared several statements on social media addressing immigration and justice reform issues. His tweets reflect his ongoing legislative efforts and support for policies under former President Trump.

On February 14, 2025, Rep. Tiffany posted a tweet expressing his stance on immigration enforcement: "Roses are red, violets are blue… If you are a criminal illegal alien, ICE is going to deport you."

Later that day, he announced the introduction of new legislation aimed at closing a legal loophole: "Justice should not come with an expiration date. This week, I introduced the Justice for Murder Victims Act. This bipartisan, bicameral bill does away with the 'year-and-a-day' loophole, ensuring that murderers can be prosecuted after that time."

On February 15, 2025, Rep. Tiffany praised former President Trump's border policies: "Promises made, promises kept. President Trump is on track to have the LOWEST monthly border crossings in at least 25 years. Make America Safe Again! @NYPost"
