Tom Tiffany, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Wisconsin’s 7th district, shared his views on recent judicial and political developments through a series of tweets. Tiffany has been serving in Congress since 2020, following his tenure in the Wisconsin State Assembly and Senate.

On February 18, 2025, Rep. Tom Tiffany criticized the decision by what he described as a "liberal Supreme Court" for allegedly disregarding the will of Wisconsin voters who had banned private funding of elections. He specifically referenced Racine's use of a grant from Zuckerberg's foundation for its mobile voting van. Tiffany questioned the justices' understanding of the constitutional amendment related to this issue. "Wisconsin voters banned private funding of elections, but today, the liberal Supreme Court ignored their will & dodged the case’s merits."

Later that day, Tiffany commented on legal actions against former President Trump by Democrats. He expressed confidence in Trump's continued success despite these challenges: "Democrats have repeatedly used lawfare against President Trump. They failed during the election, and they’ll fail again."

In another post made shortly after, Tiffany shared links without additional commentary: "https://t.co/lGvc58IOpD https://t.co/TE38flyKwl"
