In a tweet posted at 19:11 UTC, he urged for this policy to be applied across all agencies, citing Dane County as an example of a "non-cooperative" area according to ICE standards. Tiffany noted that many communities in Wisconsin adhering to immigration laws would welcome these regional offices. He tweeted, "After the SBA's decision to relocate from sanctuary cities, I'm urging DOGE to apply this across all agencies."

In another tweet posted at 23:26 UTC on the same day, Tiffany criticized Democrats' actions without specifying details but described them as "vile," "disgusting," and "despicable." He anticipated a response from Governor Tony Evers regarding these unspecified issues. His tweet read, "Democrats have shown us who they are time and time again."
