Representative Tom Tiffany of Wisconsin's 7th District, serving since 2020, shared his views on several matters via Twitter on April 11, 2025. His candid statements shed light on his perspectives regarding international trade, national sovereignty, and the state of public lands under current federal administration.

Earlier on the same day, Tiffany expressed his concerns about the role of the World Trade Organization (WTO) in shaping U.S.-China relations. He stated, "Since 2001, the World Trade Organization has EMPOWERED Communist China and DEVASTATED American industry. Prioritize American jobs. Protect our sovereignty. Withdraw from the WTO." This tweet was posted at 17:10:49 UTC and underscores his stance on prioritizing American jobs and national interests.

Later in the evening, Tiffany commented on the state of public lands along the southern U.S. border under the administration of President Joe Biden. At 23:55:23 UTC, he wrote, "I’ve witnessed firsthand what’s happened to our public lands on the southern border under Joe Biden. Invaded, trashed, and downright disgusting. This is long past due." This statement reflects his observations and criticism concerning current border policies and land management.

Representative Tom Tiffany is serving in the U.S. Congress, representing Wisconsin’s 7th district. Before his tenure in Congress, he contributed to state politics, having served from 2011 to 2013 in the Wisconsin State Assembly and from 2013 to 2020 in the Wisconsin State Senate. Born in 1957 in Wabasha, Minnesota, Tiffany resides in Minocqua and holds a BS degree from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls.
