Rep. John Spiros, known for his active engagement on social media, recently shared a series of posts highlighting local activities and initiatives in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The posts capture his involvement in local community matters, from visits to outreach centers to meetings with town representatives.

On April 29, 2025, Spiros detailed a visit to the St. Vincent de Paul outreach center in Marshfield. Accompanied by Mayor Lois TeStrake, he was given a tour by outreach director Laura Mae Keuffer. The center, which is supported by thrift store revenues, provides essential services like emergency meals, lodging, transportation, and medication to local residents.

A tweet from April 30, 2025, expressed Spiros’s pride in a local achievement, simply stating "Proud of the Marshfield native for a great catch!" without further elaboration.

Later that day, Spiros hosted a meeting in his office as noted in his post about discussions with Wisconsin Towns Association Outreach Specialist Jake Langenhen, Town of Rock Chairperson Pete Winistorfer, and Town of Cary Chairperson Mark Gosh. The focus was on vital issues such as rural transportation funding and agricultural policies, emphasizing the importance of these topics to local townships.

Recently, Spiros has been actively involved in the Wisconsin State Assembly since 2012 and is a member of the Republican Party, serving as a representative for the 86th Assembly District.
