Rep. Tom Tiffany, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Wisconsin’s 7th district, has recently shared his views on several matters through social media posts. Tiffany, who succeeded Sean Duffy in 2020 and has a background in state politics, expressed his support for local manufacturing and voiced concerns about public safety and political discourse.

On May 5, 2025, Rep. Tiffany shared his experience touring Henry Repeating Arms in Rice Lake. He stated, "I enjoyed touring @HenryRifles in Rice Lake on Friday." He highlighted the company's decision to consolidate its manufacturing operations in Wisconsin as a positive development for the community.

The following day, May 6, 2025, Tiffany criticized a decision made by authorities in Dane County regarding the release of an individual facing felony charges. He remarked that "Liberal Dane County let loose another criminal..." and suggested that federal funding should be withdrawn from the county due to its status as a sanctuary jurisdiction.

In another post on May 6, 2025, Rep. Tiffany addressed comments made by Senator Baldwin concerning Medicaid. He asserted that "Senator Baldwin knows full well that no one is taking Medicaid away from the vulnerable..." criticizing what he described as misleading political tactics.

Tom Tiffany has been an active political figure since joining Congress in 2020 after serving in both the Wisconsin State Assembly and Senate. Born in Wabasha, Minnesota, he resides in Minocqua and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls.
