Rep. Tom Tiffany, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Wisconsin's 7th district, shared his views on various issues through a series of tweets. Tiffany, who has been a member of Congress since 2020 and previously served in the Wisconsin State Assembly and Senate, offered his perspectives on Mother's Day, drug pricing, and border control.
On May 11, 2025, Rep. Tiffany extended Mother's Day wishes with a critical remark aimed at Tony Evers. He tweeted: "Happy Mother’s Day to everyone – except Tony Evers who celebrates Inseminated Persons Day."
The following day, May 12, 2025, he addressed the issue of prescription drug pricing in another tweet. He expressed support for former President Trump's policy changes by stating: "Americans shouldn’t have to pay the highest drug prices in the world just to subsidize discounts for foreign countries. President Trump is putting Americans FIRST by ending the unfair global scam in prescription drug pricing."
Later that day, Tiffany commented on border control statistics under different administrations. He compared figures from Biden's and Trump's terms: "Liberals and the media try to pretend Biden had the border under control, but the numbers don’t lie. Biden’s last 3 months: 296,547 Trump’s first 3 months: 34,762 That’s an 88% drop in illegal border encounters all due to REAL leadership."
Tom Tiffany was born in Wabasha, Minnesota in 1957 and resides in Minocqua. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls with a Bachelor of Science degree.
