Rep. John Spiros, a public figure known for his active engagement on social media, recently shared a series of tweets reflecting both personal experiences and historical commemorations.

On June 3, 2025, Rep. Spiros tweeted about presenting Ava Gardner, a senior at Marshfield High School, with a state citation for her achievement in winning the 2025 Individual Wrestling State Championship. He congratulated Ava on her accomplishment and expressed his admiration for her success. "Yesterday, I had the opportunity to present Ava Gardner, a senior at Marshfield High School, a state citation for her 2025 Individual Wrestling State Championship. Congratulations to Ava on this great accomplishment!"

On June 5, 2025, Rep. Spiros reflected on his visit to the Wisconsin Veterans Museum during their open house event. As a veteran of the U.S. Air Force himself, he encouraged others to visit the museum in Madison to learn more about the stories of Wisconsin veterans. "As a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, I enjoyed my visit to the Wisconsin Veterans Museum today for their open house."

The following day, June 6, 2025, Rep. Spiros took time to commemorate D-Day by remembering the sacrifice of more than 4,000 Allied soldiers who lost their lives during the Normandy landings 81 years ago. He honored these brave men who played a crucial role in turning the tide of World War II. "On this day 81 years ago, more than 4,000 Allied soldiers lost their lives storming the beaches of Normandy."
