Rep. Tom Tiffany, who represents Wisconsin’s 7th district in the U.S. Congress, has recently shared a series of posts on social media addressing public health policy and gun rights.

On July 19, 2025, Tiffany expressed his opposition to international influence over American health policy, stating, "America’s public health policy belongs to the American people. It should never be dictated by globalists at the World Health Org or the United Nations. I’m grateful the Trump admin has rejected the WHO’s pandemic treaty and is putting American sovereignty first."

Later that day, he addressed Second Amendment rights with another post: "Americans’ right to keep and bear arms has always been at the core of our fundamental freedoms. The FIRE Act ensures that federal, state, and local governments cannot infringe on this right with unconstitutional laws and tyrannical regulations."

On July 21, 2025, Tiffany provided links for further reading but did not add additional commentary: "Read more here: https://t.co/cNnV9YXZDB https://t.co/8cRnFMJ0Vu"

Tom Tiffany has served in Congress since 2020 after succeeding Sean Duffy. Before his tenure in Congress, he was a member of both the Wisconsin State Assembly (2011–2013) and State Senate (2013–2020). Born in Wabasha, Minnesota in 1957 and currently residing in Minocqua, Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls.
