Rep. Tom Tiffany, a U.S. Congressman from Wisconsin, addressed several issues in a series of posts on July 31, 2025, including allegations against Democratic Party staffers, immigration policy reforms, and concerns over air quality in Wisconsin.
In his first post at 12:21 p.m., Tiffany referenced recent incidents involving members of Congress and their staff. He wrote, "First, a death threat to @RepTonyWied by a Democrat Party staffer. Now, this disgusting display targeting @RepBryanSteil. The Democrat Party has completely lost its moral compass."
Later that day at 1:47 p.m., Tiffany commented on labor and immigration policies related to the H-1B visa program. He stated, "We need to stop putting American workers LAST. The CAP Act takes a step toward fixing this by closing the H-1B loophole that allows universities to hire an unlimited number of foreign workers."
At 5:57 p.m., Tiffany turned his attention to environmental concerns affecting his state. He posted, "Wisconsin has the most unhealthy air quality in the country right now because of Canadian wildfire smoke. I have called on Canadian officials to get serious about proactive forest management. Why are Wisconsin Democrats still silent?"
Tom Tiffany has held his congressional seat through multiple election cycles. In 2024 he defeated Kyle Kilbourn with 63.6% of the vote; in 2022 he won against Richard Ausman with 61.8%; and in 2020 he prevailed over Tricia Zunker with 60.7%. These consistent victories reflect ongoing support for Tiffany among voters in his district.
