Rep. Tom Tiffany, a U.S. Congressman from Wisconsin, recently addressed several issues on his social media accounts, including federal funding for sanctuary jurisdictions, trade negotiations with Canada concerning wildfire smoke, and the significance of the American Heartland.

On August 4, 2025, Tiffany posted: "Dane County and every other sanctuary jurisdiction that harbors criminal illegal aliens must lose all federal funding. If you defy immigration law, you do not deserve a dime."

Later that day, he discussed environmental concerns related to Canada in another post: "As I said on @DanODonnellShow, any future trade negotiations with Canada should include serious discussions about addressing their wildfire smoke. What has plagued the Upper Midwest in recent years is unacceptable. It’s time for the U.S. to demand proactive forest management."

On August 5, 2025, Tiffany highlighted the importance of Wisconsin's industries: "There is a reason they call it the Heartland: this is where America’s backbone is built. Pukall Lumber Company in Arbor Vitae, WI https://t.co/kDYyrSszJF"

Tom Tiffany has maintained his congressional seat through multiple election cycles. In 2024, he defeated Kyle Kilbourn with 63.6% of the vote; in 2022 and 2020 he won against Richard Ausman and Tricia Zunker respectively by similar margins.
