Representative Tom Tiffany, who has served multiple terms in Congress following successive electoral victories, posted a series of statements on his social media account addressing issues ranging from media reporting to Social Security and foreign land ownership.

On August 14, 2025, Tiffany questioned the language used by a reporter regarding a driving record, posting: "Largely clean driving record, despite prior DUI arrests"

Later that day, he addressed changes to Social Security legislation: Social Security was created 90 years ago to protect seniors.

The One Big Beautiful Bill makes it even stronger by ensuring 90% of seniors will keep more of their earnings with no taxes on their Social Security.

On August 15, Tiffany voiced support for legislative efforts concerning foreign land ownership: I am fully behind Rep. Miller on this. Keep American land in American hands. It’s time to ban the CCP from buying it. https://t.co/8LkJTCcsvK

Tom Tiffany has represented his district after winning several elections. In the most recent general election in 2024, he defeated Kyle Kilbourn with over sixty percent of the vote. He previously secured victories against Richard Ausman in 2022 and Tricia Zunker in 2020 with similar margins.
