Wisconsin Rapids has partnered with United Way of South Wood & Adams County. It will again be a collection site for backpacks, school supplies and monetary donations supporting families in need through its Stuff the Bus campaign.
A child’s education is precious and lasts a lifetime. Prevail Bank encourages people to support this cause. Contributions and donations are being accepted by Prevail Bank – Wisconsin Rapids, located at 1601 Lincoln Street, between now and August 3, 2022.

Baraboo - Baraboo School District monetary fund drive for school supplies: August 1 - August 31
Prevail Bank in Baraboo plans to contribute and collect monetary donations from August 1 through August 31. These funds will be used to purchase school supplies for financially-challenged families and students within the Baraboo School District.
Eau Claire - Eau Claire Area School District. Not applicable
Because the branch in Eau Claire is being remodeled, Prevail Bank has opted not to organize a supply drive, but rather it will donate funds to the Eau Claire Public School Foundation, the week of Aug 1, so the We Care Eau Claire organization may purchase the supplies and backpacks needed for those families/children in need.
Marshfield - Supplies 4 Success program: July 25 – August 7
Donations (backpacks, school supplies & funds) will be accepted at the Marshfield branch of Prevail Bank between July 25 and August 7 to assist students in Loyal, Granton, Greenwood, Auburndale, Pittsville, Spencer, Stratford, and Marshfield through the Marshfield Area United Way’s Supplies 4 Success Program.
Medford - Meals in a Backpack program: July 25 – August 19
Backpacks and select food donations will be collected from July 25 to August 19 for the benefit of Medford School District children. Items collected at Prevail Bank – Medford would support United Way of Taylor County’s Meals in a Backpack campaign providing kid friendly meals and snacks for over the weekend for those in need. Acceptable food items are: granola bars, peanut butter, jelly, cereal, cans of soup, cans of vegetables, fruit cups, juice boxes, mac & cheese, applesauce, rice products, pasta, and oatmeal.
Owen - Stuff the Bus program: August 1- September 2
From August 1 – September 2, donations of backpacks, school supplies, non-perishable snacks, and monetary funds will be accepted at the Prevail Bank branch in Owen in support of Owen-Withee Lion’s Stuff the Bus Campaign. All donations will assist students in the Owen-Withee School District.
Phillips - Multi-District School Supply Drive: August 1 – August 26
Prevail Bank is excited to collect backpacks, school supplies and monetary funding (to purchase student supplies in greatest need) between August 1 – August 26 for the benefit of students in the school districts of Park Falls, Phillips, Prentice, and the Amish School in Kennan.
Stevens Point - Project Fresh Start: July 18 – August 15
Donations for local students will be collected in partnership with the United Way of Portage County’s Project Fresh Start from July 18 – August 15. Prevail Bank – Stevens Point will collect large, good-quality backpacks, school supplies and monetary funds.
Wausau - Fill A Backpack / Fill A Need (FAB/FAN) program: July 11 – July 25
Prevail Bank is partnering with the Workplace Volunteer Council’s Fill A Backpack / Fill A Need (FAB/FAN) program that assists students in all Marathon County Schools. We are proud to be a collection site for backpacks, school supplies and funds from July 11 – July 25.
Wisconsin Rapids - Stuff the Bus program: July 1 - August 2
The United Way of South Wood and Adams Counties is Prevail Bank’s partner this year. Backpacks, school supplies, and funds will be collected at Prevail Bank in Wisconsin Rapids from July 1 – August 2. Items collected will support the United Way’s Stuff the Bus program. Students in the greater Wisconsin Rapids area including – Nekoosa, Port Edwards, Rudolph, Vesper, and Wisconsin Rapids benefit.
