"Violence has no place in our society," said Tom Tiffany (R-Wi). "My prayers are with President Trump, all the attendees, and the families of those who were caught in the crossfire. According to CBS News, the investigation into the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump is ongoing following his public appearance at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee. Trump, who was shot at a Pennsylvania rally, was seen with a bandaged ear but received a supportive welcome from the crowd.
