Rep. Tom Tiffany, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Wisconsin’s 7th district, recently shared several updates on his legislative activities and views through social media. Tiffany, who has been serving in Congress since 2020 after replacing Sean Duffy, addressed various issues concerning his constituents and national matters.

On January 28, 2025, Rep. Tiffany expressed his concerns about a solar industrial facility in St. Croix County. He stated that it was "great to hear from nearly 200 Wisconsinites" regarding the project and emphasized the importance of preserving farmland: "One thing is certain: WE MUST SAVE OUR FARMLAND! Taxpayers shouldn’t be forced to fund green giveaways at the expense of farmland. Legislation coming soon."

Later that day, he highlighted the passage of the ACRES Act out of the House. The legislation aims to mitigate wildfire risks by mandating federal land managers to report their efforts in hazardous fuel reduction accurately: "Last week, the ACRES Act passed out of the House. This important legislation reduces the risk of wildfires by requiring federal land managers to accurately report their work in hazardous fuel reduction."

In another post on January 28, Tiffany commented on the Senate's bipartisan confirmation of Sean Duffy as a significant achievement for both America and Wisconsin. He expressed confidence in Duffy's ability to enhance infrastructure while addressing bureaucratic delays: "The bipartisan Senate confirmation of Sean Duffy is a big win for America and Wisconsin. I have no doubt that Secretary Duffy will improve roads, bridges, and airports while cutting through the red tape that has long delayed these critical projects."
