Plover Area Business Association recently issued the following announcement.

1st Annual Plymouth Maple Festival

Bring the whole family to this fun event that celebrates maple sugaring season in and around the Kettle Moraine State Forest! Local maple syrup producers will be on hand to demonstrate the tree-tapping and syrup-making process. Peruse local maple products, participate in coloring contests and kids' activities, compete (or cheer) in the firewood-stacking contest, and celebrate the start of spring with your neighbors and friends! St. Paul’s Episcopal Church will be serving up a delicious pancake breakfast, featuring real maple syrup and maple breakfast sausage. This event is sponsored by Drewry Farms Maple Syrup with support from the City of Plymouth, the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce, and Plymouth Community Education. Thanks also to The Fig and The Pheasant for their participation! Vendors: If you're interested in exhibiting at the event, please call Barb Drewry-Zimmerman at (920) 893-5189 for more information. Vendor fee is $20. Held at Plymouth City Park, 203 Suhrke Road.
