The Sunrise Rotary Club of Wisconsin Rapids is organizing its 7th Annual Mini-Ryder Cup Classic on August 26, 2025. The event will be held at Papa Bears Mini-Golf in Nekoosa, starting at 5:00 PM. Proceeds from the tournament will support Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in Wood and Adams Counties as well as other Sunrise Rotary projects.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for local organizations. Hole sponsors will have their organization’s name displayed on a sign at a hole or another prominent location on the course. They will also receive recognition during the event, with encouragement for participants to support their business. Groups that register eight players at $35 each will receive a free hole sponsorship. In addition, raffle and silent auction items sponsored by businesses or individuals will be featured during the evening.
Rotary International’s main objective is service within communities and globally, focusing on developing projects that address critical issues. “The Rotary motto is Service Above Self,” according to information provided by Sunrise Rotary of Wisconsin Rapids, which was chartered in December 1995.
