From the market to your plate! Ever come across an unfamiliar vegetable at the farmers market and pass it by as you’re not quite sure what to make with it? In this class, participants will learn how to prepare some of the more unusual vegetables at the market while also learning how to put a spin on some of your favorite traditional offerings. Whether you’re an experienced cook at preparing seasonal vegetables or just beginning to explore the farmers’ market, this class will leave you with new ideas to spice up your plate!
