There were 1,554 Asian students enrolled in Wausau School District during the 2022-23 school year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Data showed that 7,899 students were enrolled in the Wausau School District during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, Asian students comprised 19.7% of the student body to be the second most represented ethnicity in the district.

Among the 23 schools in Wausau School District, West High School recorded the highest enrollment of Asian students in the 2022-23 school year, with a total of 314 students.
